Okay… reblogging my own progress photo because 1) just wanted to say thanks for all the notes and kind comments and reblogs and stuff and 2) because I was just informed that the photo above is being used on Pinterest and Tumblr to sell some sketchy diet plan/website. That sucks, because I lost these 30 lbs by eating healthy food, exercising daily and drinking a lot of water. No pills, no trendy diet, no fasting, no special drink or supplements, nothing. Just healthy living. Hopefully enough people see this note, and aren’t fooled by some website’s attempt to promote an unhealthy fad diet or “magic” weight loss pill with my photo.

Low Fat Guacamole
24 Calories for 1/4 cup 3.6 carbohydrates 2g protein
Directions
Ingredients:
* 10-ounce pack of frozen peas
* 1/2 small ripe avocado
* 1/2 cup cilantro, stems removed
* 1/2 ripe tomato, de-seeded and chopped
* 1/3 cup chopped onion (optional)
* Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Preparation:
Cook peas according to package instructions. Empty into a colander, drain and rinse with cold water. Place peas, avocado and cilantro in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Spoon into a bowl with chopped tomato and onion. Add a squeeze of lime juice, stir and serve.

YAY!!
It’s been almost 7 months sense I’ve started this journey and I’m down almost 50 lbs. and on top of that, this is the lowest weight and most toned I’ve been in over 6 years! I feel incredible!!
